The swan, for me, symbolizes change and transformation, beauty, love, and grace. During the Autumn, as the days get colder in November, swans start appearing in the Pacific NW, bringing with them beauty and change. I am an artist living in Washington State.
I express myself through a variety of mediums: acrylic painting, photography, resin, and mixed media. You will find pops of color, a touch of metallic, a mood and expression within my work. Whether creating an inner inspired work of art, or completing a commissioned piece, I love what I do.

My work is inspired by ordinary experiences, observation of the ordinary and extraordinary, and my inner feelings and imagination.
I started painting using Gouche paints and then progressed to using acrylics. I now enjoy many mediums to include acrylics, ink, mixed media, resin, micas, and photography. I often take my own reference photos for use when painting. I then will combine acrylic paints, mica powders, metallic colors and paint on canvas, canvas paper, resin, wood, and aluminum board.
